This project is only made to benefit the interest of the creator and investors. I write this review as someone who was there from the day the first official hotspots were shipped and at one point I had over 220 hotspot locations myself. My acquaintance is also one of the earliest hired coders for this project.

The community is an echo chamber controlled by the arrogant leadership and by the elitist Discord moderators that make sure that people don't understand how poorly, selfishly, and greedily this "project" is run. They immediately flame, delete and belittle everything(facts, questions, statements, opinions) not matching their own brainwashed view and understanding.

It's a good idea but the arrogance, short-sightedness, disorganization and no respect for the people who truly build the network is just disgusting.

It's run like a subtle cult and the voting and the decisions are clearly manipulated. The HST whales are the ones who decide in each vote - purely in their own interest. And the decisions get manipulated with the posts and messages that get only out there if it is the way they benefit the most from.

Nobody cares about the miners, nobody cares about the scamming manufacturers who did not deliver the promised devices, and nobody cares about the earnings of the people who build this network.

I would never invest a single dollar into anything related to this again.

And everyone who defends this project or is new and buys hardware is just a newbie or has cognitive dissonance caused by the carefully censored Discord echo chamber.

Great idea with a lot of potential

Helium's mission is fantastic and my experience as a user as been good so far.

will come back in a few years and hopefully be able to give them five stars if the project is well executed

Cant be true....Tired of stupid ppl making important calls. YOU created a network that can access only by phones do u understand that??? 50 years ago the manufacturer of a car wrote in the manual how to adjust the valves..now days the warn you not to drink the battery fluids cause of ppl like u. the phones crashes!!!

The company appears not to have checked hotspot retailers well or not at all, much less the delivery deadlines and the obvious false information they give about distribution. The project is ambitious and interesting but the professionalism with which it is carried out is disappointing.

I have 2 hotspots myself. Both running great. Waiting for my next 10 to arrive.

I believe this site is very organized. Except for a redirection. This site does have many suggestions for Authors and Writers as well. Education material is very well written. I joined the network; yet seems hard to get around. I would suggest this site to anyone who would love to write and read.

Well this my honest feeling about the site and this is my "mind speaking." After knowing fellow writers are as well my editors I got some cold chills running through my system. Then I got a review (the most hilarious review) that the article I had submitted had too many grammatical errors, mind you I ran the doc. Into two different text editors and it came out clean. Actually, I stopped using the text editors! Otherwise, until then "so long HELIUM!"

If you like to write and have a good grasp of English, Helium pays for articles, even creative writing. Writing is hard work and the pay is small compared to some of those internet site claims, but Helium does pay you for your work and is very careful to watch for fraud, scammers and plagiarizers.

Many of the authors on this site do have a motive to possibly sell you something but because they have varying view points on similar topics the website still does a great job at bringing out both sides of an issue. All reporters seem to have a secret agenda at least on this site you know what the author is probably promoting because they are upfront and have a link to their website.

This is funny i re discovered this site on here I use to be a reader some 3 years ago it seems to of grown and it looks great at a glance clear on all that it offers still not much talk of money for writers, publishers, copywriters.

Fun site where you can meet other writers and compete in writing contests. I know the site is designed for people to make money off of their articles, but I think it is more fun just writing so others can read it and competing in the contests rather than just focusing on making money.

Helium - Where knowledge rules - Community-oriented writer and thinker hub that helps aggregate ideas and provide them to those seeking. The website seems to have a prime directive of bringing together the efforts of writers, publishers, journalism institutions, and organizations based on anything from news to charity. There's also a cool debate section.
